Apple Is Offering Users More Ways To Customize Memoji In iOS 13

For those who like Memoji, Apple added new headwear, hairstyles, makeup, and piercing to make your Memoji avatars look more like you.

At its WWDC 2019 convention, Apple announced that is will be offering users more ways to customize their Memoji avatars. This update will come with iOS 13, with new piercings, accessories, makeup, skin colors, not to mention the teeth customization ability.

iOS 13 will have more Memoji features.

Memoji is one of the few ways that Apple is trying to come up with for your device personalization and to make it stand out from its rivals. Much as Samsung let users create AR Emoji avatars, the 3D renderings actually look a bit creepy. Samsung didn’t even mention this feature when they first launched their Galaxy S10 phones. As for Google, this giant hasn’t introduced its own emoji avatars. But Google’s separated apps such as Bitmoji is still doing fine in both the Android and iPhone market.

Memoji can now be used in Mail, Messages and other applications. In iOS 13, users will be able to customize their own avatars with different options for makeup, facial hair, hair designs, and skin colors. In order to access different categories, you can move between tabs of eyes, hairstyle, skin, etc. Users can directly customize significant features of their avatars by using the slider.

Users are now able to create their own Memoji avatars.

There are also other options of accessories including piercings, braces, earrings, AirPods, glasses, and hats. In this update, users are even able to customize their teeth by adding a metal grill, a gap or maybe a missing tooth.

Now you can use your own avatars to text your folks instead of old boring emojis. As soon as you get your first Memoji design, a sticker pack will automatically be created for you.

There are a lot of choices to create your own avatars.

Should you want to access your Emoji, tap the globe icon on the keyboard. Next up, swipe left on the Emoji keyboard for your new Memoji stickers.

Should you be wondering where to customize your own Memoji, look at your Message application. Find the Animoji icon, then tap on the icon with the plus symbol. And now you are free to create your own avatars.

This Memoji update is indicated to be released this autumn, together with iOS 13. Now users may wonder whether this feature is compatible with their devices? Good news for you all, provided that your device comes with an A9 chip or higher (which equals to iPhone 6s and 5th gen iPad or higher), you will get to use it.
