Honor 9X Spotted On Antutu Benchmarks With Powerful Performance

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has just confirmed the official release date of the Honor 9X. Then a new render photo has appeared online, revealing the phone’s design and AnTuTu also announced the benchmark scores of the handset.

As per AnTuTu, the Honor 9X is powered by a 7nm Kirin 810 SoC with two 2.27Ghz Cortex-A76 cores and six 1.88GHz Cortex-A55 cores. The phone’s GPU takes advantages of the 820 MHz Mali-G52 MP6 customized edition.

The device gained 237,000 points in the overall AnTuTu score, which overpassed Snapdragon 730, Snapdragon 835 and Kirin 970.

As per the info leaked before, the handset will feature a 20MP pop-up front-facing camera. Under the hood, it will be powered by a Kirin 810 SoC, paired with GPU Turbo 3.0. In addition, it will sport a full-view screen. In the camera department, the phone is expected to have a 24MP primary sensor on the back with Super Night mode for rear and front sensor. The phone’s rear camera setup also includes an 8MP super wide sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. Additionally, the handset has a side-aligned fingerprint sensor and a 3,750 mAh battery with the 10W fast charging tech. Other specifications of the phone include EROFS super file system and Ark Compiler.

It is known that the upcoming Honor 9X series is scheduled to be unveiled on 23 July in the Chinese market. Unlike the previous phones, the lineup is said to have two models including the Honor 9X Pro and Honor 9X, which has not been confirmed yet.

Regarding the specifications of the Honor 9X Pro, it is said that the phone will be powered by a Kirin 980 chipset under the hood. The handset allegedly comes with a quad rear camera setup including a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP sensor, and two 2MP sensors. Powering the Honor 9 Pro is a 4,000 mAh battery.
