Which are the main policy's pillars that the current government is heading towards?
Although India undoubtedly is a country with many IT services, they're not some famous Indian software products. We mostly have not heard about any global names from India to have an instant recall such as Microsoft or Oracle. At present, the new government is going to push the country ahead with the new policy to expand it globally. By 2025, the most important purpose is to leverage the country’s share on the software sector ten times globally. There are four major missions our current government is heading towards.
The first pillar is to build up to 10,000 start-ups companies in technology, including 1000 ones in cities and towns. This plan is said to generate at least 4 million jobs. The second mission is to establish a pool for talents in the software industry through motivating 100,000 students and up-skilling 1 millions of IT experts. The policy will also create 10,000 specialized experts that can undertake the leadership.
In the other hand, the next mission is expected to establish an ecosystem driven by innovation in several fields like marketing, ICT infrastructure and moreover. Last but not least, the last mission is to monitor all programs under the policy with the collaboration from both government and related organizations.
