On the first of April 15 years ago, Google introduced its Gmail, which is by far, one of its most successful products. So to celebrate that special day, or to take people’s attention off Google+, Google said that it would add a few new features to Gmail, including the function to let users send a mail in the future.
Smart Compose gets a thorough upgrade to bring more benefits to users. The original function is to help you finish the mail as you compose it. It can now learn the way you usually write mail and adjust itself accordingly. For those who usually feel confused about the proper subject to use, Smart Compose can suggest that too, based on what you wrote in the mail.

Now, this feature will appear on all device with Android operating system instead of on Pixel 3. The company will come up with an iOS version shortly. That is what Google said, but according to some Pixel 2’s users, they have been using the function for some time now.
Plus, there are four new languages added to Smart Compose, which are Italian, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Smart Compose might sound exciting but what attracts the interest of most people is the email scheduling feature. This function is executed precisely as its name signifies. You have a drop-down menu along with the usual send button, which allows you to set the time you want the mail to be sent.

This feature used to be unavailable without a third-party, but after this significant change from Google, users can have access to it right on Gmail.
Google announced that the scheduling feature aimed at helping people have the time they need to recharge. The company wants to show respect to that period of time. It was why they made the feature, which lets you set the time for an email to be sent.
