The Cybertruck with its special design and the fragile window has taken all the limelight at the launch event recently. Elon Musk also gives it special attention when he drove it to a well-known sushi restaurant himself. However, there is another futuristic-looking vehicle announced at the same event, an ATV (short for all-terrain vehicle) called Cyberquad.
While no further information on this ATV was shared at the event, Elon Musk said on Twitter that the ATV would be an option for those purchasing the Cybertruck.
On the 8th of December, Musk announced in a tweet that the Cyberquad will be released at the same time as the electric pickup truck, which is the end of 2021.
The futuristic appearance of the Cyberquad makes it looks like someone has replaced the thermal combustion engine of a Yamaha 700 Raptor with an electric motor. This structure and the fact that the vehicle runs really quietly have gained the ATV lots of approval from Tesla fans.
No information on the specifications of the Cyberquad has been made public so far. All we know is that the vehicle will be powered entirely by electricity with stainless steel alloy exterior which is also bulletproof. Owners can charge the ATV through its back with an openable panel that conceals a power outlet.
At first sight, the design of the Cyberquad is compatible with that of the Cybertruck, with LED strips on both the back and the front, as well as the angular panels. The price has not been announced either, but do not expect anything affordable.
