Marshall Headphones With Built-in Google Assistant Offers 60 Music Hours

With the new Major III, Marshall offers us 60 hours of music playback.

After taking some years between updates for its well-known Major headphones, Marshall is now quicker. It just announced another new headphone pair in only 1 year after the release of Major III. The new Major III  Voice Bluetooth headphones support voice control via Google Assistant. There is also a hardware button for Assistant activation.

Moreover, these new headphones also inherited the excellent control knob from the last model. With this knob, you will be able to control the volume and playback of your content. You can also use it to turn your headphones off and on.

We will have to perform a real-life performance test to verify this claim from Marshall.

One other significant feature of the new pair of headphones is the improved battery. According to Marshall, the headphones could deliver an incredible 60 battery hours just on one charge. It's cool, but we will have to perform a real-file performance test to verify this claim from Marshall. However, the last headphones model from Marshall has routinely delivered over the 30 hours that the company claims on the product's box.

Anyhow, for a Bluetooth headphones pair, achieving 60 hours usage time is not easy. All that additional battery means it would have to sacrifice features such as noise cancellation. For example, we have the WH-1000XM3 headphones from Sony; which offer a battery life of 30 hours on one charge.

What's More?

But, this new product will be the same fabulous headphones that Marshall released back in 2018 now come with more battery and new features. The headphones Major III Voice has the same 40mm drivers and earpads as the famous Major III. It also features the aptX codec from Qualcomm, which gives a much better latency response than the regular SBC codec.
