According to a recent survey conducted by the company behind the app, both married men and women who are working from home cheat during this trying time of social lockdown. This survey was done in Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Pune.

Chennai is the city with the most number of users on Gleeden, accounting for 64.8%. The number for Pune is 63.4%, followed by Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi with 56.3%, 53.1%, and 42.1% respectively.

Men who have their own business account for 21.2% of traffic to the app while women working in the private sector make up for 43.2%.

The section that sees the smallest number of people active on Gleeden is the unemployed and retired professionals.

The lockdown has given way to another trend among Indians. As people now have too much time to spend and few things to do, they seem to gravitate towards intimacy as pharmacies and condom retailers have reported an increase of 50% in sales of condoms and sex toys.

The lockdown also changes consumer behaviors as they used to go for the packs of three, now they like those with 10 to 20 condoms.
