A rioter during the Capital riot may have stolen the laptop of Speaker Nancy Pelosi and planned to sell it to the Russian government.

The UK media managed to identify Williams over the weekend. And officers confirmed her identification through her driver’s license photo and in an in-person interview conducted with her parents. Public videos also show that Williams was directing rioters heading to Pelosi’s office. This is consistent with the idea that she had the intention to ransack the office.

The affidavit also stated that Williams’ former associate told police that her plan had been stealing Speaker Pelosi’s laptop and then sell it to the Russian government.

After she came back from the raid, Williams packed a bag and said to her mother that she would be away for a few weeks. Her mother doesn’t have any information regarding Williams’ intended destination.  She has stopped using her phone number. She has also deleted her social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Parlet, and Reddit. She has already been arrested by federal authorities.
